About the project:
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, CSS, and Semantic HTML
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects
- Take initiative in problem-solving
- Communicate proactively and seek clarification when needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in frontend development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Front-End development
- Proficient in TypeScript
- Expertise in React and related libraries and frameworks
- Proficient in TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals
- Familiarity with AWS
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, empathetic personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Playwright knowledge
- experience in large code bases
- Scala
