Junior Financial Specialist (#1813)

We have an exciting opportunity within the Finance Business Partnership team at N-iX. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Financial Specialist whose primary responsibilities will include managing financial data and delivering financial management reports.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the Forecasting & Reporting Infrastructure
• Prepare regular Financial Reports
• Participate in projects/initiatives aimed at improving and optimizing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or at least in progress in Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in financial roles will be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to critically appraise processes and reports to identify improvements
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively
• English: B1 Intermediate level or higher
• Highly adaptable and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Stress-resistant with a ‘can do’ attitude, honest, and responsible
• Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
