Our client is the leading global supplier of technology and services. Currently, they are in the middle of a migration from the existing Service Management platform to ServiceNow.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who will join the engineering team and help them complete the migration and customization of the solution.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and prioritization of the requirements towards the IT Service Management framework and all its components to ensure a holistic architecture approach for the framework and with that enable an accelerated simplified IT Service
- Delivery Implementation and reuse of existing IT solutions, products and services
- Being a part of an international team and align the requirements with different stakeholders (e.g. design team, development team, external service provider)
- Responsible for the architecture of the platform and its components and together with product owner team lead the development of the framework
- Analysis and evaluation of the market trends and integration of new technologies into the framework its overall architecture
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (8+ years) working with ServiceNow, including architecture design and implementation
- Experience in system- and solution architecture as well as UX and continuous development as well as agile development
- Experience with systems like ServiceNow as architect and developer
- Fluent in English
- Highly self motivated and driven
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, communicative and assertive
- TOGAF or similar certification is a plus
