Senior Project Manager (#1833)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Our client is one of the largest operators of non-franchised collision repair centers and one of the major retail auto glass operators in North America in terms of number of locations and sales. The Company currently operates locations in Canada and in the U.S. 

Responsibilities:

• Taking full responsibility for project execution, including estimating and planning, budgeting, and customer communications;
• Establish communication channels with the Client’s representatives and provide regular progress reporting;
• Managing overall communication during Project Phases;
• Management of other external vendors who are involved into the project development;
• Lead and management the release process;
• Working closely with the entire Team on project phases goals;
• Execute the changes and perform risk management;
• Manage team’s performance appraisals, provide feedback on performance and work on goals;
• Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing a project team;
• Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements.
• Promote and handle up-selling opportunities with clients;
• Effectively handle stakeholder management and conflict resolution;
• Defend and articulate project goals and your professional opinion;
• Sales of consulting and expertise services;
• Efficiently resolve conflicts and maintain a proactive approach;

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management (during last 5 years)
• Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
  (Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory)
• Successful driving at least two projects hands-on from initiation to final delivery without supervision
• Experience in Change management
• Getting, analyzing, standardizing and prioritizing different types of requirements
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;
• Proven experience in project start and establishing all necessary processes on the project from scratch
• Responsibility for customer/partner relation growth.
• Excellent knowledge in managing cross-cultural/cross-functional/distributed teams
• Experience in managing at least 10 subordinates on multiple projects
• Proven experience in Atlassian Suit (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working with large enterprise projects;
• Strong stress management skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions;
