We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Reliability Engineer to enhance the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our services. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver high-quality, dependable solutions to our clients, proactively addressing system issues and increasing overall system performance.

Our client's web application is designed for the trading market, delivering a comprehensive suite of customizable products to corporate clients. With a focus on transparency, flexibility, and predictability, our platform empowers clients to easily and transparently engage with the market to achieve optimal returns.


  • Ensure delivered systems are of production quality.
  • Ensure software is adequately documented for handover to the business;
  • Analyze and process system-collected data and recommend improvements to site operations and maintenance strategies;
  • Ensure data communications from monitored systems remain intact and data is properly collected and stored;


  • Knowledge of scripting language (PowerShell or Python);
  • Solid background in Windows, Linux/Unix OS, including MongoDB,
  • Knowledge of server-side infrastructure and admin tools;
  • Experience in technical onboarding of new APIs and systems;
  • Proven ability to show proactiveness in picking up issues and improving existing processes;
  • Process-driven and systematic mindset;
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills;

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge in Grafana;
  • Knowledge of market connectivity protocols for key global derivative, commodity, cash, and equity markets;
  • Experience gained in a financial services background, ideally finance;
  • Good to know Fix Messaging protocol
  • SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle;
