We are looking for a Finance Analyst to assist stakeholders with the decision-making process on planning, forecasting, performance evaluation, analyzing, and reporting aspects

In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing sustainable remuneration range systems, supporting stakeholders with remuneration budget execution, and implementing cost-effective controls. Your expertise in compensation analysis and internal/external market research will be crucial in driving strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain sustainable remuneration range systems
  • Oversee the remuneration budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance and sustain the infrastructure for remuneration budgeting
  • Monitor budget execution and implement controls to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics and insights on compensation-related matters
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
  • Proven track record in compensation management and analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; PowerBI experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate processes and reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • English: C1 Advanced level
