About the role
As a Senior Technical Content Writer, you will be an integral member of our client's global product management team, leading the creation of high-quality technical documentation materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards. Your role involves synthesizing complex technical information into user-centric content, contributing to content strategy, and maintaining a consistent voice across various platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of technology, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record in creating impactful technical content.
What will you do?
- Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including internal documentation, guides, and FAQs, that effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of technical details in the documentation.
- Tailor content to various audience levels, from business-users to technical experts, ensuring information is accessible and relevant to the intended readers.
- Contribute to documentation planning, outlining content structure, and maintaining documentation schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize documentation tools and systems proficiently, contributing to the development of a centralized documentation hub, streamlining documentation across multiple products for a cohesive user experience.
- Acquire a deep understanding of products, features, and technologies to accurately convey information to users.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve documentation quality.
- Create and update API documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness for developers integrating with the system.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in technical writing and documentation.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technical writing or content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to structure information logically for effective documentation.
- Thoroughness in reviewing and editing content to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Efficient time management and task prioritization skills to meet documentation deadlines.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and systems.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and addressing challenges in the documentation process.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on documentation based on user and team input.

- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating ability to create effective technical documentation.
- Experience in the financial technology or identity verification sectors.
