We are looking for a Lead Automation QA Engineer with Python to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Lead testing activities for the project from scratch
- Develop a test automation strategy for the project and provide documentation
- Lead Automation QA team
- Identify and analyze risks
- Provide deep analysis of the test quality with further test adjustment and coverage improvement
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide weekly reporting
- Plan automation activities
- Onboard new team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in test automation using Python
- Expert knowledge of automation frameworks PyUnit/Selenium/WebDriver/Playwright
- Well-versed in REST API testing
- Technical leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of test automation processes and approaches
- Solid understanding of design patterns
- Solid expertise in configuring CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge and experience with version control systems (Git or another)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases - nice to have:
- Ukrainian language - advanced or higher
