We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Our customer is one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company’s diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

The project focuses on advancing the company’s marketing capabilities by optimizing data handling and segmentation. You will work with various CRM and marketing platforms, transforming data into actionable insights through structured Power BI reporting. The goal is to build a scalable architecture ready for a global rollout, focusing on consumer behavior, data privacy compliance, and high-performance data visualizations. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI solutions tailored to support the MVP project’s goals.
  • Work with various data sources (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics) to create seamless data integrations and transformation processes.
  • Present insights through high-performance Power BI reports and visualizations that align with business requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve data quality, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including PII and GDPR/PDPL.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ingest, process, and optimize data workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Translate business needs into scalable data models and advanced technical specifications.
  • Develop Power BI data models, dashboards, and visualizations, including DAX formula optimization for data insights.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain efficient and reliable BI solutions.
  • Assist with creating technical documentation for data processing and Power BI solutions.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Power BI Specialist.
  • Advanced SQL skills for optimizing complex queries and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and visual report design.
  • Ability to evaluate data quality and identify inconsistencies, with experience in handling PII data.
  • Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL).
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction, along with experience in large organizations.
  • Independent, proactive work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously and lead discussions on data requirements and model specifications.
  • Nice-to-have experience with Snowflake and knowledge of marketing domain terminology.
