N-iX is looking for prospective and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our team! Our customer - Cardo Systems, Inc. - is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA (USA) is the world’s acknowledged market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcyclists. With the introduction in 2004 of the Scala rider® Bluetooth line of devices, Cardo has literally pioneered a new product category that was non-existent until then. Today, the Scala rider line includes the most advanced devices in the category from solid entry-level products to the most feature-rich communication and entertainment system available. Scala Rider products can be found in motorcycle accessory stores in over 80 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional team.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Architect, Team, PM, PО, and Designer to develop roadmaps and features to delight our product.
- Be able to deal with issues and feel a deep need to share the experience with others.
- Multitasking abilities with a willingness to assist senior PMs or team leads.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of successful experience in team leadership/management in SW development/engineering/outsourcing industry.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams or coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of project life cycles or workflows.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning concepts (e.g., assigning tasks based on workload).
- Knowledge of basic risk identification and mitigation techniques.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher.
Would be an advantage:
- Entry-level project management certifications like:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master Certified - SMC).
