We are looking for a strong Project Manager to become a part of the Delivery Unit. As our company is growing quickly, we expect a skillful professional able to contribute in particular projects and in entire organizational growth maintaining a high quality of the services our company delivers to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with various stakeholders from the Client’s side (all levels)
- Team management (1:1s, performance management, personal growth, career path, etc)
- Talents management, hiring
- Ensuring a high level of team performance and motivation
- Identifying risks and problems and working proactively to eliminate them
- Manage projects at various stages: proposal creation, inception, delivery, post-production support;
- Daily work with engineering teams - from composing the structure, building and further supervision and support;
- Establish process and facilitation of the delivery process - will be a plus;
- Assist the team with gathering product requirements; backlog and roadmap creation;
- Communicate with client to share project status and identified issues;
- Check project progress and report to client;
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and resolve them;
- Ideas generator and capable of getting things done;
- Create a positive and productive atmosphere in the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Project coordinator/Project manager/Scrum Master in IT field;
- Understanding of modern SDLC methodologies (heavy focus on Agile practices);
- Ability to manage a few teams in parallel;
- Ability to manage distributed teams;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Communication skills to work with clients to identify risks and issues - proposing solutions and own their implementation;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, ability to identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and eliminate them;
- Excellent communication skills, confident English;
- Experience in working with clients from Western Europe, the UK, and North America.
