As a Data Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of N-iX global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the client's business requirements, challenges, and objectives
- Identifying potential risks in the project, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies is an important part of their role.
- Kick-off new projects to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the data migration process
- Strong collaboration skills to work with Data Engineers and Architects to implement data validation and processing scripts.
- Identify, manage and facilitate business stakeholders to identify requirements, present solution options and validate selected solution.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and DevOps teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Control best practices for data analysis, including version control and data lineage tracking.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support business initiatives.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and replicability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g.,SAP BW, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with data validation and quality assurance practices.
- Experience in delivering complex project in enterprise environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize the features based on business value and present it to business stakeholders
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
- English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse).
- Experience in integration with corporate systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc)
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis.
- Experience in Scaled Agile methodologies
