We are looking for a skilled Technical IT Project Manager to join our team in Poland. 

Our customer is a worldwide leader in vehicle repair and insurance claims management, employing over 3,000+ professionals across 40 countries. The company provides comprehensive, cutting-edge solutions that simplify repair and claims processes, delivering efficient and equitable outcomes for all stakeholders.

We need a Technical IT Project Manager with a background in Computer Science or equivalent technological studies to support IT synergies and Digital Workplace Solution initiative. The ideal candidate will interface with key stakeholders responsible for IT licensing and purchasing across portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Aling with Key stakeholders to identify and prioritize savings opportunities in SW licensing
  • Address the client’s needs and lead the E2E process to materialize the synergies / savings
  • Estimate and plan IT initiatives around the Digital Workplace Solution (MS365 based)
  • Team-up and collaborate with the Engineering and IT-Governance teams throughout the execution of IT initiatives
  • Reporting on progress of initiatives to key stakeholders

Capabilities & Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in PM methodologies such as PMP/ Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean
  • Technical IT background with broad understanding of IT technologies and processes in the areas of Systems/ Security/ Networks/ Cloud Computing/ Software Development cycle
  • Understanding of licensing for global SW vendors such as Microsoft/ AWS/ Salesforce/ Oracle/ etc.
  • Experience in defining, estimating effort, strategizing, and planning IT initiatives
  • Good understanding of Digital Workplace solutions based on MS365 and a mix of WIN/MAC devices.

  • Clear and Effective Communication: Proficiency in conveying technical concepts clearly and comprehensively to stakeholders with diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Project Management: Capability to define, estimate effort, and strategize the implementation of solutions.
