We are seeking IT Governance Manager with a background in Computer Science or equivalent technological studies, coupled with demonstrated knowledge and experience in industry-standard IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, DORA, ISO 27000 series. We value individuals who embrace a Lean and Agile mindset, capable of making educated decisions balancing compliance with Group Corporate Rules for IT and maintaining an Agile and Lean approach in a product-oriented organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and apply IT governance strategies aligned with organizational objectives using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, DORA, ISO 27000)
  • Establish clear policies and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with group corporate rules
  • Lead IT governance initiatives by defining, estimating, and strategizing efforts
  • Balance compliance requirements with an Agile and Lean approach in a product-oriented environment
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to ensure operational resilience and security
  • Collaborate with audit teams to integrate governance processes into audit procedures
  • Utilize project and program management methodologies to ensure successful delivery
  • Implement processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards across the organization and portfolio companies
  • Promote understanding and adoption of governance principles across the organization and entities

 Capabilities:

  • Knowledge and experience in some of the industry-standard IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, DORA, ISO 27000 series
  • IT Governance Strategy: Experience in defining and communicating clear IT governance strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Project/Program Management: Experience in utilizing project/program management methodologies and best practices to drive successful outcomes
  • Project Management: Capability to define, estimate effort, and strategize the initiatives around IT-Governance
  • IT Risk Identification and Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring resilience and security in IT operations
  • Collaboration with Audit Teams: Experience collaborating with audit teams and integrating governance processes into audit procedures
  • Regulatory Compliance: Implementation of policies and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards
