We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using JavaScript.
  • Maintain and enhance the testing framework to ensure reliable and efficient automated testing.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD tools and pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and document defects, working closely with the engineering and QA teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with engineering and QA to manage and improve the development pipeline.
  • Actively participate in refinement, planning, daily, and demo meetings to provide input and insights regarding automation tests.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and improve the overall development pipeline.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of automation tests.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of commercial experience in tests automation using JavaScript.
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber. 
  • Deep knowledge of test automation processes and approaches.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing testing frameworks based on project requirements.
  • Experience using bug-tracking tools such as Jira and/or similar bug-tracking tools.
  • Good experience with continuous integration processes and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with version control systems (Git or another).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in REST API testing using tools like Postman/Swagger.
  • Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
