SFMC Email Developer (#1390)

N-iX is looking for an SFMC Email Developer who can become a part of our team.
Our Client is a financial technology company based in California, one of the leading companies in this sector, with a buy now, pay later service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience hand-coding complex email templates in Salesforce Marketing
• Cloud/Exact Target or equivalent ESP.
• Expert knowledge in CSS/HTML
• Proficient with SQL and AMPscript/JavaScript
• QA process and understanding of end-to-end testing
• Proficiency with Design formats in Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator and slicing of images
• Proficiency with JIRA and Asana
• Use of tools like Litmus/Email on Acid
• Ability to prioritize workload and identify risks and blockers, detail/process oriented
• Scrum/Agile experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Database and Segmentation experience is a plus
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders to plan out future email optimizations
• Work with internal design team on best practices for email structure and design
• Develop mobile-responsive email templates for consistency in formatting while recommending options for alternative solutions to complex issues
• Be the subject matter expert on current email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and manage proposals to support any additional needs for the business to enhance productivity/goals
• Create/Maintain all technical documents for most complicated emails
• Prioritize, evolve and pivot with demanding business needs
• Evolve/improve email processes for email development and QA (Litmus, Intake processes, timing)
• Manage all aspects of Email Platform functionality (dynamic content, A/B testing, deeplinking, etc)
• Evaluate and improve QA process with stakeholders
• Participate in code review and QA of email builds with team
