We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, change management, and application improvements, working closely with stakeholders to optimize business operations and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to enhance manufacturing operations, change management processes, and application functionalities.
- Assess existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements using industry best practices.
- Define and refine use cases, workflows, and process maps to streamline operations.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize and validate business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a bridge between business units and technology teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and deliverables.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and applications.
- Support project teams in system implementation, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting, preferably in a manufacturing or enterprise applications environment.
- Experience in change management, digital transformation, or system implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement analysis, and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and industry-specific applications (ERP, MES, PLM, etc.).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) for insights and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
