About the Client:
The client is a global leader in workforce management solutions, providing scalable, cloud-based software that helps businesses optimize labor operations, improve efficiency, and enhance workforce productivity. With a strong international presence, they serve a variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
We are seeking a Java full-stack engineer to join the team and accelerate product development. The ideal candidate should have experience in backend development, with some front-end skills (ReactJS). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a global, collaborative team and improve English language skills as many meetings are conducted in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features from the product backlog
• Develop REST services to support high-volume, low-latency web and mobile apps
• Design and implement DB schema to allow new functionality
• Maintain existing codebase

 Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java 11 (Java 17 or newer is a plus)
• Experience with Spring
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience with AWS (or Azure) cloud services is a plus
• Experience with BackboneJS is a plus
• Upper-intermediate level of English knowledge
