Our customer is the European online car market, with over 30 million monthly users and a presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in transforming our existing system into a cutting-edge Next.js platform, enhancing performance, scalability, and overall user experience. Also developing new features in the process.
- Lead by example by proposing innovative solutions, actively participating in team discussions, contributing to decision-making, and driving impactful initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of Senior Engineers, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- 5 + years experience with Next.js (a strong must).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Solid foundation in web technologies, including expert-level HTML and CSS skills.
- Commercial experience with AWS is very preferable.
- Basic knowledge of backend development is a plus (nice to have).
- Mastery of browser developer tools—debugging and testing are second nature to you.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency, enabling seamless communication in a global team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Strong self-management skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven mindset focused on delivering outcomes efficiently.
