We are looking for a talented Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

This project focuses on the integration of multiple AI tools to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of maintaining an internal AI platform. 

The solution will involve selection of best-fit tools that align with the client's current infrastructure, seamless integration of these tools to maintain a unified AI platform, implementing automated processes to reduce operational costs, and ensuring scalability and flexibility of the platform to accommodate evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Labelstudio Community Edition, OpenLayer and other tools on Kubernetes clusters
  • Configure and manage Kubernetes resources to ensure high availability and performance of Labelstudio
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Kubernetes environment and Labelstudio application
  • Implement security best practices for Kubernetes and Labelstudio deployments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
  • Document deployment procedures, configurations, and maintenance routines.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on Kubernetes and Labelstudio management
  • Preferable partial overlap with Pacific Time Zone (PT) 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes like Tekton
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and storage configurations in Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Knowledge of Java Spring Batch concepts and use.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • R&D mindset with a strong focus on experimentation 

Nice to have:

  • Interested in AI tools and related technologies
  • Certification in Kubernetes (CKA or CKAD).
  • Experience with Labelstudio or similar data annotation tools
