N‑iX is a global software‑development partner with Ukrainian roots and 2,000+ professionals in nine countries. Alongside building products for Fortune 500 clients, we continuously modernise our own operations. In 2025 we’re unlocking Generative AI to streamline Finance, Legal, HR, and other business units.
Role Summary:
You will discover, prioritise, and deliver GenAI use‑cases for N‑iX’s internal functions. From contract‑review assistants for Legal to policy‑drafting helpers for HR, you’ll work with stakeholders to clarify pain points, scan the market for off‑the‑shelf tools, assess build‑vs‑buy with engineering teams, and secure executive approval for the best option. Your success is measured in hours saved, risk reduced, and teams satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Discovery – Run workshops and user interviews with Finance, Legal, HR, and other operational departments to capture workflows that could benefit from Generative AI
  • Market Scan & Build‑vs‑Buy Analysis – Research GenAI tools (e.g., contract‑AI, document search, HR chatbots); score each against cost, security, data‑privacy, and fit to requirements versus custom build feasibility
  • Business Case & Prioritization – Create effort estimates (with engineering teams), and a ranked initiative backlog; present recommendations to executive steering committee for budgeting decisions
  • Requirements Management – For purchased solutions, partner with vendors on configuration and rollout; for custom work, own epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring squads have clarity and context
  • Implementation Oversight – Coordinate with internal engineering, data, and DevOps teams for PoCs or integrations
  • Success Measurement – Define KPIs (e.g., cycle‑time reduction, accuracy, user satisfaction, cost‑per‑transaction) and track them post‑launch to prove and improve value

Requirements:

  • Experience of implementing AI or automation in Finance, Legal, HR, or similar operational functions
  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in product management or product ownership within Agile/Scrum; some experience dealing with Generative AI or automation projects
  • Proven track record evaluating third‑party SaaS solutions and leading build‑vs‑buy analysis
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts: LLM capabilities/limits, prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation metrics
  • Exceptional stakeholder‑management and communication skills; able to translate between business needs and technical trade‑offs
  • Fluent with JIRA (or similar), backlog grooming, and user‑story writing; confident presenting to VP/C‑level audiences (Upper‑Intermediate English or higher)
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with ROI calculations and data‑driven decision‑making
  • English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with enterprise security, GDPR, and the EU AI Act
  • Certifications: PMI‑ACP.
