Senior DevOps Engineer (#3497)

We're looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and improve our cloud-based ticketing platform. You'll work with AWS serverless systems and help maintain our infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain serverless infrastructure using AWS and the Serverless Framework
• Manage deployments across development, staging, and production environments
• Work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and containerized applications
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Monitor system performance and implement security best practices
• Optimize costs and ensure high availability across multiple AWS regions

Required Skills:

• 5+ years with AWS services (ECS, Aurora, VPC, Load Balancers, Route53)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Serverless Framework)
• Docker and container management experience
• CI/CD pipeline setup and management
• Networking knowledge (VPCs, security groups, subnets)
• Database administration (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• SSL certificates and DNS management

Nice to Have:

• AWS certifications
• Microservices architecture experience
• Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
• Security and secrets management experience
• AWS cost optimization knowledge
• Experience with Envoy, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
