The team of 240+ professionals focuses on full-cycle game development, VR solutions, and content creation for all the most popular platforms. The studio has successfully collaborated with over 40 clients, including Paradox Interactive, Tempo Storm, Supermassive Games, and VRChat.

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our team and create outstanding 3D assets of props, vehicles, and other environment details in a stylized manner. The person in this role will work closely with the creative team: a concept artist, a character artist, a game designer, and a producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of high-quality stylized environments, levels, and props
  • Creation of a modular system for levels and procedural environment.
  • Procedural and traditional texturing (stylization and semi-realism)
  • Work with game engines (Unity), assemble scenes, and lighting setup
  • Optimize of finished objects following the specified technical limitations
  • Match the required art style of a project
  • Cooperate with other artists to streamline the art creation process
  • Work with the producer to follow the plan and schedule

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of modular modeling and level art
  • Experience with Unity
  • Good understanding of sculpting basics: proportion, shapes, color, and material
  • Strong knowledge of ZBrush, 3dsMax/Maya/Blender, Substance Painter/3DCoat, Substance Desinger, Photoshop
  • Understanding and skills of procedural modeling
  • Good understanding of composition and lighting
  • Good knowledge of gameplay and level design
  • Ability to rationally distribute polycount at the facility
  • Understanding different UV types (tiles, rectangular, UDIM)
  • Knowledge of modern pipelines and technical limitations for creating an environment
  • Familiarity with a game development cycle
  • Strong portfolio showing 3D art skills in stylization and semi-realism.
  • Ability to follow and correctly interpret the concept
  • Understanding of modern pipelines and technical limitations for creating models for consoles
  • Good organization, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the game development cycle

As a plus:

  • Procedural modeling  (Blender Geometry nodes, Houdini, or similar)
  • Procedural texturing skills
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Passion for games
