Senior Project Manager (#3784)

We are looking for Senior Project Manager to join our team. 

About the Project

Working with EU based customer in a dedicated team model. Project overview: development of integrated responsive front-end web and mobile applications that support farmers and growers in the use of and natural, organic solutions that improve the health, resilience and productivity of their crops. The applications support the grower in mapping (possible) problems in the crops, choosing the solution to be used and investigating possible side effects of the solution used. In short, with these tools we make life easier for our customers and technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive planning, execution, go-live, and support across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
• People management including staffing, growth, retention, compensation and conflicts management 
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met 
• Act as a strategic account partner, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and interdependencies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT 
• Expertise in mobile development would be a plus
• Experience participating in pre-sales efforts, such as client workshops, RFP responses, or solution scoping
• Ability to manage long-term client relationships, support account expansion, and drive commercial engagement
• Strong expertise in Agile and hybrid methodologies
• Stakeholder management, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel to EU based customers
