Middle Project Manager (#3790)

We are looking for a  Project Manager to become a part of the Delivery Unit. As our company is growing quickly, we expect a skillful professional able to contribute to particular projects and to the entire organizational growth, maintaining a high quality of the services our company delivers to clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective and on-time project delivery
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Drive hiring and conduct project-specific interviews
• Manage budgets, invoices, and overall financial planning
• Conduct risk management with mitigation planning and early detection
• Drive new client engagements, participate in discovery phase, and pre-sale activities
• Seek upsell opportunities and contribute to account expansion
• Continuously look for ways to maximize the value our solutions bring to the client’s end users
• Support team members’ professional growth, particularly developers' development and performance
• Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Product mindset - ability to think beyond tasks and focus on outcomes
• Confident English - both spoken and written (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, etc.
• Ukrainian language

• Experience in startups and with fixed-price projects
• Experience with pre- and upsales
• Technical background
• Experience with Healthcare domain
• CAMP/PMP, PSM/CSM, or other professional certifications
