N-iX is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects end-to-end.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Strong experience in risk management: identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
  • Upper Intermediate English.
  • Advanced or higher Ukrainian language.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a developer, QA, or business analyst).
  • Understanding of cloud service providers and cloud architecture principles (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe).
  • Experience working in both product and service companies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Foster continuous improvement within the team and processes.
  • Participate in the recruitment process: conduct interviews, assess candidates for PM-related roles, and support team growth planning.
