Senior Project Manager (#3879)

We are looking for experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of our strategic account.

About the Project:
Our Client is one of the world’s largest manufacturing enterprises, a Fortune 100 company with a long history and global presence. We work closely with their large-scale logistics department, supporting multiple interconnected projects within the same account. These initiatives focus on enhancing supply chain efficiency, optimizing operations, and delivering technology-driven solutions that have a direct impact on the client’s worldwide logistics network.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management (Enterprise or Mid/Large-scale projects)
• Experience in IT service business
• Proven experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams
• Track record of successfully managing multiple parallel projects or a portfolio of initiatives
• Experience in program management: overseeing a series of related projects within a single strategic account
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with various management methodologies
• Experience working with Time & Material, Fixed Price, and hybrid contract models
• Solid experience in budget management, risk management, resource planning, and scheduling
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and delivery management best practices
• Proven experience in managing Discovery phases (requirements elicitation, solution validation, scoping) and short Proof of Concept (PoC) phases
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and enhance delivery efficiency.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including C-level
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Ability to handle complex negotiations and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Certifications (preferred, not mandatory) - relevant PM/Agile certifications.
• Available for international business travel outside Ukraine
