Senior UI/UX Designer (#4058)

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Our customer - Cardo Systems, Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA (USA), is the world’s acknowledged market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcyclists. With the introduction in 2004 of the Scala rider® Bluetooth line of devices, Cardo has literally pioneered a new product category that was non-existent until then. 

Today, the Scala rider line includes the most advanced devices in the category, from solid entry-level products to the most feature-rich communication and entertainment system available. Cardo products cover over 80 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map the complete customer journey 
• Collaborates with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design with the product vision and business goals
• Effectively communicate, present, and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members
• Developing roadmaps and collaborating to prioritize features and balance user needs with business goals
• End-to-End Ownership of the final results, from concept to launch
• Ensuring the design follows the latest design practices and industry standards
• Delivering visually appealing, superior, reliable, and responsive design
• Understand current application workflows 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in consumer-facing mobile applications and complex digital ecosystems
• Experience and understanding of design systems, user research methods, prototyping tools, and accessibility standards
• Strong experience and understanding of the end-to-end design process, from research and prototyping to final delivery
• Good understanding of object-oriented design and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Advanced or higher Ukrainian language.

• Has proven experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate his design decisions
• Has the ability to identify user and business problems and deliver creative, functional, and elegant design solutions.
• Understands the iterative design process and the importance of continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics.
• Is able to analyze, plan, and estimate requirements as well as identify risks involved and provide solutions to them
• Has good communication skills and excellent teamwork capabilities
• Is independent and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Is capable of executing under uncertainty in a dynamic environment
