We are looking for a skilled senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and data teams to ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

We are developing an AI chatbot system for a leading U.S. manufacturer of energy-efficient infrared heating systems. The chatbot assists customers and distributors by answering technical questions about products, installation, and maintenance. It retrieves accurate information from the company’s documentation, manuals, and FAQs, providing clear, up-to-date responses in natural language. Additionally, it helps users find the right heating solutions based on their needs and connects them with sales or support teams when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform / CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security.
  • Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies and environment configurations.
  • Ensure cost optimization and resource utilization within AWS.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
  • Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
  • Understanding of networking, security groups, and cloud cost optimization.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Ansible, Helm, or Puppet.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect).
