Senior Data Analyst (with PowerBI) (#4410)

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to create clear visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business, market, or operational datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct statistical analyses, forecasting, segmentation, and performance evaluations.
• Perform market research and competitive benchmarking when required.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across different business domains.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Power BI.
• Build clear and intuitive visualizations that communicate data insights effectively.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency by applying data validation and quality checks.
• Support decision-making through ad-hoc analyses, KPI tracking, and business case creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions.
• Extract and prepare data using SQL and Python (Pandas, basic data wrangling).
• Clean, standardize, and transform datasets from multiple sources.
• Maintain documentation for analytical methods, dashboards, and recurring reports.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Practical knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, power queries).
• Understanding of statistical methods: regression, forecasting, clustering, hypothesis testing.
• Experience conducting comprehensive market research and price studies.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business decision-making.
• Ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to assess market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapes.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and strong ability to present complex analytical findings through clear visualizations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Clear communication skills — ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy discipline.
