Senior Automation QA Engineer (#4551)

We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience testing with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks and similar data warehouses
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel
• Experience working with Cloud technologies
• Comfortable working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub
• Able to work with Linux OS, doing API and CLI based testing
• Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspaces
• Automation skills highly desirable, but not required
• Back-end engines testing experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Playwriting

Responsibilities:

• Document and execute comprehensive test plans for AtScale products ensuring functional requirements are being met
• Perform regression testing against each release to ensure our product continues to meet high levels of quality
• Identify and report any software defects and issues clearly
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure quality standards are met and issues addressed effectively
• Setup and maintain testing environments that mimic AtScale’s customers’ environments
• Assist with automation of test cases where possible to optimize regression test cycles
