We are looking for a Global Recruiter (Corporate & Tech Niche Roles) to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role is ideal for a strong middle recruiter ready to operate in a broader, more complex scope, combining non-technical corporate hiring with niche technical recruitment.
In this position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies — from junior–middle non-technical roles (e.g. Office Management, Marketing, Finance to high-complexity technical niche positions (e.g. Architects, Data & AI Engineers, and other rare tech profiles). You will work closely with hiring managers across different locations and act as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the full hiring lifecycle.
Duties and responsibilities (what you do):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a mixed portfolio of roles: non-technical corporate positions and complex niche technical roles requiring deep sourcing and market research
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and hiring strategies
- Build and execute tailored sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, networking, market mapping)
- Conduct initial and in-depth candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit
- Act as a recruitment partner for hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, and hiring timelines
- Maintain transparent and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes
- Support offer preparation and negotiation in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners
- Prepare market insights and talent mapping reports for niche roles when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Work with candidates and stakeholders across different countries and time zones
Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):
- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment and tech recruitment, or high speed recruitment agency environment
- Proven experience closing both non-technical and technical roles
- Hands-on experience with niche or hard-to-fill tech positions (e.g. data, architecture, rare skill sets)
- Strong sourcing expertise, including direct search and passive candidate engagement
- Experience working with hiring managers independently and managing multiple vacancies in parallel
- Experience in international recruitment or hiring across multiple locations is a strong advantage
- Ability to analyze labor markets and prepare basic recruitment insights or reports
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance speed (simple roles) with depth (niche roles)
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
