About the Project

The project focuses on an integrated supply chain event platform that provides data capture solutions supporting cross-enterprise logistics processes and employee connectivity. Customers rely on this platform to improve logistics management at key integration points across multiple system modules.

The core platform is deployed in an IoT Cloud (Pivotal Cloud Foundry). Data is stored in MySQL (with an ongoing migration to Oracle) and Azure Blob Storage for binary data. The backend processes approximately 200 requests per minute, with continuous growth.

The system includes:

• Java (Spring Boot)–based API Gateway and backend services
  
  
• MongoDB for API Gateway persistence
  
  
• Integrations with mobile applications (currently Android, migrating to Flutter)
  
  
• External APIs such as Google Maps and Baidu Maps
  
  
• GPU-related components deployed to Azure
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on functional and automation testing across backend services, APIs, and integrations
  
  
• Design, implement, and maintain automated E2E, integration, and regression tests
  
  
• Apply modern automation testing approaches and tools within the existing test framework
  
  
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, test reports, and other QA documentation
  
  
• Analyze system and business requirements and derive clear testing specifications
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA engineers
  
  
• Participate in test effort estimation and sprint planning activities
  
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and test coverage
  
  
• Work as an active and reliable member of a Scrum team, delivering consistent results
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in testing web applications and services
  
  
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in test automation
  
  
• Solid experience with Java-based automation using tools such as Selenium and/or Appium
  
  
• Practical experience with API, integration, and end-to-end automation testing
  
  
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and integration of automated tests into pipelines
  
  
• Ability to work independently on testing tasks while collaborating effectively within a team
  
  
• Upper-Intermediate English level for effective communication
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Experience testing distributed or cloud-based systems
