Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer (#4690)

As a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer, you will manage and evolve cloud infrastructure and  automation that support application delivery across development, test, and  production environments. You will enable and support Engineering teams through  tooling, guidance, and DevOps best practices, ensuring services are continuously built,  tested, deployed, monitored, and operated within an enterprise-grade platform for  highly regulated customers across the globe, while also leading incident response  efforts to restore functionality and drive ongoing improvements in system reliability  and performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Own and operate AwS cloud infrastructure, ensuring resilience, security, and cost efficiency across global environments. 
• Lead automation for build, test, deployment, and delivery pipelines, driving DevOps best practices across Engineering teams. 
• Partner with Engineering to improve CI/CD, testing, tooling, and developer experience. 
• Lead monitoring, observability, and cost visibility initiatives to support reliable platform operations. 
• Participate in on-call and incident management, leading recovery efforts and continuous reliability improvements. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps 
• Proficient in managing infrastructure with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
• Proficient with declarative infrastructure and continuous delivery as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Github Actions). 
• Experience in incident resolution and CAPA best practices.
• Proficient in Linux administration and networking. 
• Experience evangelizing DevOps' best practices to Engineering teams.
• Proficient managing containers and orchestration systems like Kubernetes at large scale. 
• Experience in maintaining and improving systems for High Availability, Disaster  Recovery, Performance, Efficiency, and Security. 
• Experience programming in Java, Python, or shell. 

Desirable:

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• CKA, CKAD and CKS certification is a good to have.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar fields.
