You will own and continuously improve N-iX-wide client-facing content that supports business development: case studies, capability/solution presentations, and other sales-enablement materials. Your work will help teams explain N-iX delivery outcomes and technical expertise clearly, consistently, and credibly across domains.

Responsibilities

  • Own SDO-wide production and maintenance of case studies, one-pagers, and PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for business development needs (primary focus).
  • Drive the full content workflow end-to-end.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-oriented narratives, selecting the right level of technical depth for a business development audience.
  • Maintain consistency across existing materials by applying and evolving templates, tone/voice, structure, and terminology (a “single standard”).
  • Embed and maintain supporting visuals (simple diagrams, flows, architecture overviews) that strengthen the story and improve comprehension.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with internal confidentiality rules (including what can/can’t be shared externally).
  • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate drafting, summarization, and analysis—while ensuring final content quality and factual correctness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years (or equivalent) experience in technical writing / solution writing / technical communications with a portfolio of case studies and/or presentations.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage reviews: comfortable interviewing SMEs, driving feedback cycles, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong writing skills in English: clarity, structure, concise phrasing, and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Strong presentation/document craft:
  • Tools: confident with PowerPoint / Google Slides, Google Docs, Confluence, and Jira (primarily for process/task tracking). Google Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude for working with content.
  • Ability to handle multiple parallel requests and prioritize by business deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales enablement content (capabilities decks, solution overviews, pitch support), and/or with structured content libraries and template systems.
  • Familiarity with light diagramming tools (e.g., draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma) and basic visual communication principles.
