Senior Business Analyst (#4805)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements and solution approaches
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts (e.g., mockups)
• Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and feature refinement activities
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into clear business language
• Analyze complex business problems and propose effective solution options
• Support decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and BA practices
• Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle as part of a Scrum team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working on customer-facing web or mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML or similar)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environments
• Proven ability to write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2–C1)

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Azure DevOps administration or advanced usage
