About the Client:
A Fortune 500 company and global leader in automotive safety systems is expanding its engineering and testing ecosystem and is initiating the development of an enhanced product testing management system.
This system governs the execution, orchestration, and monitoring of tests performed on safety-critical automotive products, including destructive testing scenarios. It plays a key role in ensuring compliance, traceability, and operational excellence across the product validation lifecycle.

To support this initiative, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong delivery background who can take full ownership of project execution while also covering key Business Analysis responsibilities.
This is a high-impact role within a complex, multinational setup requiring operational resilience, stakeholder maturity, and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, timeline, cost, and quality
• Establish and drive delivery governance, planning, reporting, and risk management
• Lead a geo-distributed engineering team, including developers based in Mexico, ensuring predictable execution
•  Act as the primary delivery interface for stakeholders across Europe and global locations
• Facilitate requirements collection and refinement sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Structure, document, and maintain clear business and system requirements
• Ensure traceability and alignment between requirements, delivery scope, and testing outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within delivery-focused, classical (non-product) environments
• Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, cost, and quality
• Experience managing geo-distributed engineering teams in complex operational setups (with availability for shifted working hours (12:00–20:00 EET).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multinational and cross-regional environments
• Hands-on experience in requirements collection, refinement, and stakeholder facilitation
• Ability to structure, document, and manage business and system requirements throughout delivery
• Resilient, senior leadership profile with a hands-on approach and full accountability for outcomes
• Ability to travel across Europe as required for stakeholder alignment and delivery governance
