We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience and interface design of clients' digital products. The objective is to create intuitive, user-friendly solutions that address both user needs and business goals. The Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that drive customer satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate has prior experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement user-centric interfaces that improve usability and accessibility.
  • Enhance the overall aesthetic and functional aspects of our digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent design system and brand identity across all products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and optimal implementation of design solutions.

Functional Requirements:

  • User Research and Analysis
  • Conduct user research: Perform interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Persona development: Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
  • Data analysis: Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and optimal implementation of design solutions.
  • Design and Prototyping
  • Wireframing and mockups: Develop wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Interactive prototypes: Create clickable prototypes to simulate user interactions.
  • Design tools proficiency: Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for design creation.
  • User Interface Design
  • Visual design: Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Responsive design: Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Iconography and typography: Develop and apply consistent iconography and typography.
  • Usability Testing and Accessibility
  • Test planning: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
  • Feedback integration: Analyze test results and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Accessibility compliance: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Design presentations: Present design concepts and rationales to teams and leadership.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes and guidelines.
