We're looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Development team.

This role combines the strengths of a Methodologist and an Instructional Designer. We are looking for someone who can design practical, high-quality learning solutions that help people perform better in real work contexts.

You will own the learning experience end to end - from identifying needs and shaping the learning approach to creating content, designing assessments, launching solutions, and improving them based on feedback and results. This role is especially relevant for someone who enjoys combining methodological thinking with hands-on learning design and content development in a fast-paced IT services and solutions environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end learning solutions for business and employee development needs
  • Combine learning methodology with hands-on instructional design and content creation
  • Create engaging digital, blended, and instructor-led learning experiences
  • Develop learning materials, assessments, job aids, and supporting resources
  • Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, managers, and HR to identify learning needs and shape effective solutions
  • Continuously improve learning quality based on feedback, data, and business needs
  • Act as an AI ambassador in L&D by using AI tools in day-to-day work and exploring practical AI use cases for learning and development

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, methodology, or a related L&D role
  • Experience designing and developing end-to-end learning solutions
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning methodology
  • Experience with digital learning tools, e-learning authoring tools, and LMS/LXP platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and content design skills
  • Practical mindset and ability to design learning that supports business performance
  • Interest in AI for work and AI in learning and development
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT, software development, technology services, or another knowledge-intensive environment
  • Experience designing onboarding, technical learning, academies, or role-based learning journeys
  • Experience using AI tools in professional work
