We are seeking a driven and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting personnel in alignment with the N-iX Global Mobility Policy. You will orchestrate essential mobility services in Poland to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and existing staff, acting as a dedicated problem-solver for all mobility-related challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of global mobility cases across Poland, while also supporting other assigned countries.
- Work closely with personnel planning long-term relocation to ensure that immigration implications are identified and managed.
- Conduct initial calls with personnel to review immigration backgrounds and/or relocation needs and to determine how to best move forward in the hire or relocation process.
- Consult and advise recruiters in the process of relocation set up for foreign new hire candidates.
- Maintain regular contact with other service departments involved in the mobility process including finance, payroll, HR Ops, HRBPs, recruiters etc.
- Partner with our immigration vendor to ensure efficient delivery of immigration services.
- Work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance
- Generate and maintain immigration documentation.
- Maintain data in the various databases capturing all relevant information.
Requirements:
- 1,5+ years of experience with Global Mobility services or corporate immigration.
- Strong knowledge of Polish immigration law.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong Polish language proficiency, Ukrainian language will be an asset.
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
- Jira experience is a plus.
Education / Certifications (preferred):
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
