  • Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contracting, ensuring best-value outcomes and service excellence.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and affiliated entities to anticipate and meet procurement requirements efficiently and compliantly.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, process improvements, and procurement best practices.
  • Strengthen supplier governance through risk assessment, ongoing performance monitoring, and structured supplier management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support procurement innovation across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, ideally within a multinational or corporate environment.
  • Broad expertise across indirect categories.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and matrixed setting.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business units or regions is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with procurement or ERP tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

We offer*:

  • Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible
