N-iX is looking for a Senior Back-end (Java+Python) engineer to join our team.
The Backoffice Support Team (BST) owns the systems and tools used internally by our backoffice teams, including Customer Service and Operations, to manage customers and commercial partners. The team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal support platforms and workflows.
This includes:
● Zendesk is the main ticketing system
● Postbox, the internal customer communication area
● Custom integrations with core systems and other internal services
BST plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency, ensuring that internal users have reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools to handle customer and partner interactions effectively.
