Senior Game Designer (#5275)

As a technical game designer in our team, you will be responsible for forging and assembling all aspects of the player’s experience for an upcoming ambitious mobile project. You will be responsible for setting up scenes, visual scripting, and content implementation using custom Unity3D-based tools.

Now we are looking for Senior Game Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Creating concept documents and game design documents
• Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience, engagement, and monetization
• Game balancing
• Idea generation, narrative writing
• Communicating with clients
• Creating and adjusting game monetization
• Playtesting and design debugging
• Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of overall experience in the game design area
• At least 1 released project
• Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame
• Knowledge of monetization principles in free to play games
• Knowledge and deep analysis of trending games on mobile and  PC
• Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner
• Passion for making and playing games
• B2 English or higher
• Mathematics background

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting in any language (C#, Java, JS, Ruby, etc.)
• Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4
• Experience in level design
• Copywriting skills
• Experience in creating games for mobile platforms
• Project management skills
