Coupa System Administrator (#5500)

The Coupa System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, support, and stability of the Coupa platform. This role ensures smooth system performance by managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and maintaining system configurations.

Key Deliverables:

• Timely resolution of incidents and service requests based on SLA targets.
• Enables high system availability and performance.
• Effective communication to end users during incidents and changes.
• Minimal disruption during Coupa releases and updates.
• Continuous improvement of support processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Incident Management & Support: Monitor, log, prioritize, and resolve incidents.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix procurement, invoicing, and supplier issues.
• End User Support: Communicate and assist users effectively.
• System Administration: Manage roles, access, and configurations.
• Change & Release Support: Assist in deployments and UAT.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance processes and documentation.

Role Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Experience with Coupa administration.
• Understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
