  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery-ready documentation
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout delivery
  • Manage the product backlog, support prioritization, and ensure work is well-defined before development begins
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, resolve requirement gaps, and communicate decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress
  • Support sprint planning, refinement, demos, testing, release readiness, and post-launch follow-up
  • Use customer feedback, product data, and business context to inform practical product decisions and tradeoffs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of product delivery and requirements gathering
  • Experience at a minimum of two different companies or organizations in a Product role
  • Experience working on e-commerce products, consumer websites, or other customer-facing digital experiences
  • Strong experience partnering directly with software engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and business teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Experience with website platforms, e-commerce conversion, lead generation, or online purchase journeys
  • Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, content management systems, and modern product management tools
