Senior React Engineer (#5565)

We are looking for a Senior React Engineer to join our team.
Our client is a technology company specializing in smart building and energy management solutions. Their platform enables organizations to monitor, control, and optimize building operations, including HVAC, lighting, power, and other building systems, improving energy efficiency and operational performance.

Important: Australian time zone, working hours from 8:00 AM UA.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions;
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code, following coding standards and engineering best practices, unit tests
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality;
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks;
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies;
• Promote continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and engineering practices;
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Front-End development;
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Expert knowledge of React and Redux;
• Strong experience with Next.js;
• Experience with Jest for unit and integration testing;
• Experience with canvas, charting, and visualization libraries (e.g. Highcharts, Chart.js, Konva, Fabric.js, etc)
• Experience with localization and internationalization;
• Experience working with third-party component libraries.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;

Nice to have:

• Experience with MUI (Material UI);
• Experience with Socket.IO;
• Back-end development experience is a strong plus.
