Senior Automation QA (#5566)

Our client is a technology company specializing in smart building and energy management solutions. Their platform enables organizations to monitor, control, and optimize building operations, including HVAC, lighting, power, and other building systems, improving energy efficiency and operational performance.

Important: Australian time zone, working hours from 8:00 AM UA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation framework
• Collaborate with BA, Architect and developers to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Write automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops
• Work with DevOps to ensure smooth automation processes
• Execute automated test cases and analyze the results
• Create and maintain documentation related to the test automation framework, test cases, and testing processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation;
• Strong experience with Playwright using JavaScript;
• Strong understanding of QA best practices, including test planning, test strategy, test case design, and defect management;
• Experience with API testing and validating RESTful services;
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable and reliable test automation frameworks;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;

Nice to have:

• Testing experience in IoT or other types of data ingestion pipelines
