Senior Business Analyst (#5814)

The Client is a Swedish IT company specializing in information management, digitalization, and business process automation, providing software solutions, consultancy, licensing, and support. They help organizations across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and retail structure and manage information, automate workflows, and optimize business operations. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to help the team building OpenText Content Server that will replace Client’s 20-year-old, unpopular e-docs system, shifting to a platform for living working documents and information management with heavy compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Coordinate collaboration between the customer, development team to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Prepare and align business requirements 
• Mentor and provide professional support to a team of BA colleagues 
• Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation
  Conduct high-level analysis of IT capabilities for product or process change requests affected within project and task execution 
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
• Experience defining business processes and facilitating process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English.
