We are growing and looking for a Middle Talent Sourcer to join our team! 

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key supporting role in our recruitment team, helping recruiters identify and engage tech talent for middle-level to leadership positions and supporting the company's growth.

What You’ll Do

• Active Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates based on vacancy requirements using LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, social networks, and other channels.

• Research & Sourcing Strategies: Apply a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to build relevant talent pools for open positions.

• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about candidates and all interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaboration: Participate in briefing sessions with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to effective search strategies.

• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment and/or sourcing.

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

• Research Skills: Strong research capabilities and creativity, with the ability to learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Communication: Solid communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates.

• Organization & Attention to Detail: A structured, organized, and data-focused approach to work, with strong attention to detail.

• Analytical Mindset: The ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and make informed sourcing decisions.

• Curiosity & Learning: A strong desire to learn, explore new approaches, and continuously develop professionally.

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
