We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect/Consultant who can lead discovery engagements and drive successful end-to-end Salesforce implementations. This role requires a strong blend of consulting mindset, architectural depth, and hands-on platform expertise. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while confidently guiding stakeholders through complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops to elicit, structure, and validate business requirements
• Define solution architecture aligned with business objectives and platform best practices
• Design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions across clouds and integrations
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders
• Drive solution decisions balancing functionality, performance, cost, and risk
• Provide architectural governance throughout implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution integrity
• Identify risks, constraints, and technical trade-offs early
• Support estimation, roadmap definition, and delivery planning
• Guide data models, security design, and integration strategies

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including architectural roles
• Proven track record leading Salesforce discovery and end-to-end implementation engagements
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud & Sales Cloud architecture and capabilities
• Deep understanding of Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts, data modeling, and design patterns
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
• Solid experience with Salesforce data models, platform constraints, and optimization strategies
• Hands-on knowledge of integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures)
• Strong understanding of security, sharing, and governance models
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with estimation, solution shaping, and consulting engagements
• Salesforce certifications (Architect / Consultant track preferred)
